UK Delivery
Your items will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of order (we aim to ship items as soon as possible for you). We send our items via Royal Mail First or Second Class, Standard parcels or by a courier.
UK Christmas Delivery Dates
The last order date for pre christmas delivery is 3.00 pm Wednesday 19th December. This applies to our standard UK first class delivery service only. If an item is unable to be sent via Royal Mail First Class as it is too bulky for this service and the last pre christmas delivery date for Standard parcels has passed we will contact you to discuss your options.
Please note that deliveries to Scotland may be affected by adverse weather conditions and unfortunately we cannot guarantee getting your order to you before Christmas.
UK Standard Delivery
For orders £7.50 and under we have a discounted postage and packing rate of £2.95 per delivery address in the UK.
For orders over £7.50 the delivery is £4.95 per delivery address in the UK. Please allow at least 3 to 5 working days for your delivery. Most items will be shipped first class, however larger items will be sent as standard parcel.
During busy periods we may take a little longer, if your order is urgent please let us know, email orders@nettlegreen.co.uk, and we will try our best to meet any deadlines.
EU Delivery (outside UK)
We ship all EU orders via Royal Mail Airmail or specialised courier where possible. The cost for these options vary.
£0 to £35 - £8.95 per delivery address
£35 to £50 - £19 per delivery address
£50 to £60 - £24 per delivery address
£60 to £75 - £30.95 per delivery address
£75+ - £35.95 per delivery address
For certain orders delivery costs may be more than quoted during checkout. When this is the case we will email to advise you of your options and any increased costs and how to pay. Certain orders may be shipped seperately to keep costs down. We will always advise you in advance if this is the case.
Unfortunately some larger items may be unavailable for mainland European delivery. If you have any questions regarding delivery to mainland Europe please email orders@nettlegreen.co.uk for an accurate quote. Please be sure to include the products and quantities you would like to order so that we can provide you with an accurate quote.
Rest Of World
We are happy to ship some items to other non EU countries. However you will need to contact us with the items (and quantities) and your shipping address in order for us to give you a shipping quote. Certain items may not be available to ship outside the EU. Please email your query to hello@nettlegreen.co.uk
Packaging
We take great pride in our products and think they deserve to be packaged well. We would like your purchase to arrive in good order so we will make every effort to see that it is protected and a pleasure to receive.
Where appropriate we use a lightweight filler that is bio-degradable, and great if you have kids as you can use it for craft activities (if you wet it slightly you can stick the pieces together to make objects, then paint them - our kids love it!). Ceramics and some other items are also protected with bubble wrap - this is made using 100% recycled plastic. We also use special recyclable Jiffy bags that can be separated easily for recycling.
We like to re-use cardboard boxes where we can so sometimes the outside of the box may not be as lovely as what is inside!
We would ask that you re-use all your packaging where possible. Thank you.
